At Pepperell Crafts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative supplies; if you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused craft supplies in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
